POINTS

Points in a game of football

Are important to it.

Points in a relationship

Can either break it or make it.

To make a point

Is even more important.

For to be deceived

Is a part of grief.

So wishing upon a star

Is by far great.

It's not too late

For a mate.

Once conceived

Is to be believed.

Then you'll be relieved

And can leave.

UP

I look up at the sky

And see a rainbow

With beautiful colors

Like flowers.

They tower above

Like a lover's touch

If it's too much

That's great.

What's at stake

Is what to make

Of a date

With your mate.

Such is fate.

It's not too late

For a plate.

Just open the gate.
